Main Accountabilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver sessions of high-quality English Teaching that meets the needs of different customer groups taking into account individual learning styles.

• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage learners’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy.

• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English language courses, materials and related services, in order to meet learners’ needs by actively working as a member of the teaching team

• Complete teaching related administrative tasks to specified standards.

• Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning and maintain L&D Hub’s position at the forefront of best ELT practices.

• Support local marketing and promotional strategy, and assist the teaching center team in delivering excellent customer service

• Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld in line with standards and policy for the following areas:

  • Child Protection

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • Anti-bribery

  • Information management

  • Health and safety

• Incorporating effective use of technology into classes, where possible, to enhance the L&D Hub’s reputation as a cutting-edge provider.

• Teaching in an energetic and engaging way, and in high standard.

Language Requirements    

• High proficiency in English i.e. full mastery of English across all 4 skills.

• Native like accent is preferred.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in English educational field (preferred).

• Teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a plus.

• Role Specific Knowledge & Experience

• At least 1 year of proven teaching experience.

• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates should be able to have comprehensive understanding of teaching practices and principles including experience in the sector.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
